 A major international supplier of drilling equipment - is looking for a highly qualified specialist to join the company as Sales Manager (Screen Sales Representative, Nizhnevartovsk).
 
 Responsibilities
 
 ∙ Responsible for the management of screen sales and relationship with the company's existing and potential clients.
 ∙ Understand the client’s demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.
 ∙ Establish budgets with the client and company.
 ∙ Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
 ∙ Preparation of quotations within authority level, follow up of sales orders and preparation of Invoices for client accounts.
 ∙ Receive and acknowledge orders from client accounts.
 ∙ Perform Visual Compliance Screenings as per Trade Compliance Policy.
 ∙ Ensure that the appropriate documentation in support of all sales activities is completed and recorded in a timely manner.
 ∙ Advise screen stock levels to meet the needs of all current and potential new customers.
 ∙ Liaising with Logistics and warehousing on client’s delivery and documentation requirements.
 ∙ Ensure all client deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner.
 ∙ Liaise with clients on regularly to ensure they are getting the best possible service and quality from the company.
 ∙ Assist in periodic stock checks for screens.
 ∙ Generate reports on monthly sales figures. The report will also identify achievements, forecasted sales problems and potential risks.
 ∙ Participate in the preparation of the Company’s annual business plan.
 ∙ Assisting with general office duties.
 ∙ Travel as and when required
 ∙ Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
 
 Qualifications:
 • Experience in a similar position
 · Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Sales and Service environment
 · Ability to create and track individual and metrics
 · Working knowledge of Solids Control, Waste Management and Disposal
 Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
 · Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
 · 1st language Russian along with a good command of English language
