We are looking for an Infrared Thermography Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical background) for the project in Sakhalin.
Candidate should be able to conduct next inspections at the oil/gas production facilities and to report results.
Process Monitoring / Inspections
Detect problems with process equipment and processes.
• Compressors
• Pumps
• Monitor production process temperature
• Cold storage containers
• Trace heating systems
• Pipe blockages
• Thermal profiling
• Check Tank Levels
Mechanical Inspections
Detect problems in fluid flow, insulation systems, rotating equipment and power transmission.
• Locate misalignment of coupled equipment.
• Minimize downtime.
• Detect poor electrical connection, overloaded circuits and other electrical imbalances.
Electrical Inspections
Detect poor connections, short circuits, overloads, and other imbalances.
• Locate problems without interrupting service.
• Minimize down time by locating problems quickly.
• Reduce unscheduled power outages.
• Substation Thermography
• Sliding and bolted connections
• Oil coolant flow
• Control cabinet Heaters
• Leaking current
• Inductive Heating
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
A large amount of equipment problems show uncharacteristic thermal signatures, before actual breakdown. By detecting these "hot spots" with an infrared camera, you can prevent most unscheduled equipment shutdowns.
• Pinpoint the exact location of problems.
• Part of Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Refractory, Steam, Building Insulation, and Flat Roof Inspection program.
Work location will be Sakhlalin, Salary is negotiable.
- Rotation (Live-in status OR 4 weeks on/off rotation. Depending on clients requirements)
- working schedule (days per week, hours per day) (8 hours per day/5 days per week for Live-in. 10 hours per day during rotation)
- Duration of the contract (1 year contract with prolongation)
- accommodation, food and transportation will be provided free of charge (Accommodation will be compensated for live-in. For rotation all will be free of charge when on working site & transportation to and from work site will be free of charge).
