This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Planning & Risk Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Participation in the development of integrated project development schedules with respect to the design and construction of gas production, processing and liquefaction facilities, including storage and loading (LNGC), marine channel and port infrastructure facilities (Marine Port).
• Preparation of the Project Schedule, definition of its risks and financing plan with respect to the design and construction of LNGC and Marine Port.
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of the efficiency of the executed contracts with respect to the design and construction of LNGC and Marine Port, identification of potential risks/delays from the plan and their impact on the Project Schedule
• Analysis of planned, estimated and actual progress data with respect to expenditures, scopes and execution plans.
• Participation in internal and external project reporting for the provision of due information in contents and quality; provision of interface with other departments, shareholders and external bodies if required.
• To administer the risk management program for the Project Division including risk identification and evaluation, loss prevention and control, claims management and settlement, and financing risks.
• Preparation of presentation materials for the Company management and shareholders.

Qualifications and Experience required:
• Graduate engineer with Higher education.
• Experience in projects with respect to planning, control and execution plan reporting, risk management of not less than 10 years
• Knowledge (comprehension) of organization and process of big industrial facilities construction.
• Advanced user of PC MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio), calendar-network planning software (Ms-Project, Primavera and etc.).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Fluent Russian is mandatory.
• Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
