Responsibilities:
•Monitors work and overviews performance by FEED/EPC contractors design: scope, technical quality, cost, schedule
•Participates in developments and implementation of most cost-effective, fit-for purpose project solution
•Monitors the technical quality of engineering and design documents by doing spot-checks and participating in reviews of Heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs equipment and materials requisition, technical parts of contracts etc.
•Provides input to development of the project integrated schedule, and assessment of physical progress
•Ensures adequate discipline staffing by contractors, supervises assigned personnel
•Implements and complies with requirements of Project execution plans, regulations, Company specifications and standards. Participates in review and approval of deviations to Company documents
•Implements Change management procedure. Reviews and participates in approval of technical changes and related cost and schedule impacts
•Ensures coordination with other disciplines, with Procurement and Construction, and between Contractors for discipline issues.
Requirements:
•Experience in capacity of process engineer in petrochemical, chemical or oil refining industry
•Experience with international companies is a plus
•General knowledge of process technology in petrochemical and polymers area
•Good knowledge of Utilities and Off-sites typical for refining and petrochemical plants
•English – ability to read, write and communicate on profeccional matters without assistance
•MS Office user level
•Readiness for frequent business travel.
