Responsibilities:
Define project cost structure, define or reviews Contractor provided procedures and tools to monitor and control all costs on the project.
[l]Performs cost/schedule analysis, deviation control, and forecasting.
Development and implementation of Estimating Plans for the project. Review and coordinate estimating plans of contractors.
[c]Monitor and control Estimates development by Contractor. Coordinate, assemble and complete the project estimate.
Coordinate data input process from all project disciplines.
Responsible to keep statistical data, and provide benchmark information to the project.[/l]
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in petrochemical, downstream sphere.
• Significant experience in large industrial projects, preferably in the petrochemical, chemical or refining sectors.
• Understanding of modern concurrent project execution.
• English language - working proficiency.
• Motivated, ethical, strong team players.
• Former experience in design organization or EPC contractor is a plus.
