Project Procurement Coordinator shall assist Project Procurement Manager by performing following functions:
•coordinate the activities of the Expediting Coordinator and Shipping Coordinator and of all buyers working on the Project;
•cooperate with the procurement discipline manager for purchasing in preparing the Project Vendor List;
•take part in most critical negotiations, diving support to buyers;
•organize and call the coordination meetings involving the proper Procurement team members and take part in meetings with the Customer;
•is responsible for preparing or collecting, updating or check as needed, all reports on Project procurement status, — such as Material Requisition Status, the Detailed Procurement Schedule for each section, and the Payment Schedule;
•review the monthly reports prepared by the Expediting Coordinator and by the Shipping Coordinator (Monthly Expediting Report, Shipping Summary), and discuss all these reports at periodic meetings;
•prepare and maintain up-dated a list of pending matters with Vendors, from which order modifications can be originated;
•is responsible for coordinating activities concerning penalty/ Liquidated Damages notification and negotiations and back-charge negotiation;
•constantly monitor Procurement Department man-hours on a project, comparing their consumption and estimate for completion with real needs and Project target;
•replace Project Procurement Manager in case of his prolonged absence.
Requirements (mandatory):
•higher technical education;
•6+ years of experience in procurement;
•experience in international project companies;
•fluent speaker of English (work in international team + learning program in Rome for 6 months);
•ready to relocate within RF (6+ months each relocation, including Moscow ans SPb).
