Dear colleagues! Currently we are looking for employees for a major oil&gas project in Russia
Requirements:
The Mechanical Lead must meet the following requirements:
1)At least Eight (08) years of working experience in engineering or site construction or Pre-commissioning and Commissioning works;
2)At least three (03) projects working experience in Mechanical Pre-commissioning and commissioning;
3)Very fluent in English, in both oral and writing;
4)Good skills in coordination and communication.
Duties:
1)Acquaint himself with design documents, Project Contract, project Subcontracts, Russia Federal Laws and Regulations, and also the statuary requirements related to Pre-commissioning;
2)Coordinate with GC’s Mechanical engineers for the pre-commissioning related issues;
3)Follow up the technical specification of the critical Mechanical Equipment from the detailed design stage and participate in the Factory Acceptance Test;
4)Coordinate the Site Acceptance Test;
5)Assist the warehouse specialist for the management of the spare parts and special tools;
6)Review the pre-commissioning technical procedures, method statement and programs submitted by the construction subcontractors, ensure its safety and quality of the work;
7)Assist the construction subcontractor for the preparation of the pre-commissioning quality control procedures, especially those ITR-B1 and ITR B2;
8)Develop the equipment list for each of the process turnover systems;
9)Define the turnover system for Mechanical System and also the CSA system;
10)Ensure the compliance of the As-built drawings with the actual work done at site;
11)Work with the QAQC department, and develop the ITR matrix for each of the tags in each of the turnover system/Subsystem;
12)Develop the preservation procedure and recording sheets for the materials and equipment;
13)Ensure the timely execution of the preservation done at site;
14)Participate in the job safety analysis meeting, and ensure the safety of the pre-commissioning activities;
15)Interface management and coordination with other disciplines;
16)Punch list management, including the walk-downs and the monitoring and notification of the liquidation;
17)Work with the procurement department and also the construction subcontractors, and develop the vendor site service plan and schedule;
18)Coordinate with the vendor for the site services;
19)Participate in the training courses, and provide the support for the classes as necessary;
20)List all of the out-standing activities for pre-commissioning, and make the schedule of such out-standing construction works;
21)Site interface management and conditions verification during the pre-commissioning and commissioning.
22)Support the SIMOPS activities at site, as necessary;
23)Management of Changes during the pre-commissioning and commissioning and maintain the MOC logs;
24)Study the vendor documents and ensure the site pre-commissioning activities are line with the vendor documents;
25)Perform the work of the Mechanical Engineer during his/her absence.
Conditions:
Fixed-term contract for 1 year (extension is possible)
Place of work: Amur region.
Rotational work schedule (60/30).
Salary: 160 000 rubles per month per watch for 60/30 days.
Accommodation, meal, travel, mobile phone allowance.
Vacation leave: 36 days
