Dear colleagues! Currently we are looking for employees for a major oil&gas project in Russia:
Process Engineer
Requirements:
The Process Engineer must meet the following requirements:
- At least eight (08) years of working experience in engineering or Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
works;
- At least one (02) projects working experience as process engineer in Pre-commissioning and
commissioning;
- Very fluent in English, in both oral and writing;
- Good skills in coordination and communication;
- Good knowledge of PTW systems;
- Experience in operation of gas & oil plant or gas compressor station is a plus.
Duties:
- Acquaint himself with design documents, Project Contract, project Subcontracts, Russia Federal Laws and
Regulations, and also the statuary requirements related to Pre-commissioning;
- Coordinate with Construction Subcontractor’s Process & Static Equipment engineers for the pre-
commissioning related issues;
- Assist and supervise the pre-commissioning Technician’s daily work;
- Review the pre-commissioning technical procedures, method statements and programs submitted by the
construction subcontractors, ensure its safety and quality of the work;
- Participate the Site P&ID conformity checks, and Ensure the compliance of the actual work done at site
with the latest version of drawings;
- Assist the construction subcontractor for the preparation of the pre-commissioning quality control
procedures, especially those ITR-B1 and ITR B2, from Process and Static Equipment;
- Review the Process Turnover system definition developed by the Design Contractors;
- Develop the line list and equipment list for each of the turnover systems;
- Work with the QAQC department, and develop the ITR assignment matrix for each of the tags in each of
the turnover system/Subsystem;
- Issue the Safety Work Permit during the pre-commissioning work;
- Ensure the timely execution of the preservation done by the construction subcontractor;
- Participate in the job safety analysis meeting, and ensure the safety of the pre-commissioning activities;
- Interface management and coordination with other disciplines;
- Punch list management, including the walk-downs and the monitoring and notification of the liquidation;
- Work with the control department and also the construction subcontractors, and develop the vendor site
service plan and schedule;
- Participate in the training courses, and provide the support for the classes as necessary;
- Assist the Mechanical completion coordinators for the signature of the ITRs;
- List all of the out-standing activities for pre-commissioning, and make the schedule of such out-standing
construction works;
- Management of Changes during the pre-commissioning and commissioning and maintain the logs;
- Study the vendor documents and ensure the site pre-commissioning activities are line with the vendor
documents;
- Acting as the process lead during his/her absence.
Conditions:
- Fixed-term contract for 1 year (extension is possible)
- Place of work: Amur region.
- Rotational work schedule (60/30).
- Salary: 130 000 rubles per month per watch for 60/30 days.
