Required Experience:
Engineering degree from an accredited university.
Experience in LNG plant interface / integration.
Proven track record as an interface and or Integration works.
Total years of experience are 10-15 years in different engineering, operational support, in LNG or Oil & Gas plants.
Topside module integration execution particularly module hook-up management.
Extensive Knowledge of interface and integration / hook-up scopes.
Strong communication skills, written and oral, supported by inter-personal skills that support working at a senior level.
Team player with a mindset to work with a global team and with diverse cultures.
Ability to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate with peers and partner representatives to influence decisions or ways of working.
Excellent written and presentation skills with ability to explain technical matters to staff not conversant with the detailed technical area.
Able to manage time effectively, both own time and that of a team to achieve delivery of work against agreed schedules.
Self-starter with a strong delivery focus and good problem solving and analytical skills.
Exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to achieve collaborative relationships across the entirety of project and operations organizations.
Fluent English.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and supervise integration and hook-up works related activities of multi-disciplined team personnel in field engineering LNG facility to meet all target key objectives of integration with a focus on HSE, planning and quality. Provide technical input to integration works in Murmansk yard.
Implement the HSE Management policy, plan and procedures to do the work and to be aware of the content and intent of all quality procedures and ensure their implementation.
To manage all aspects of planning, preparation and execution for the Topsides Modules Integration and module Hookup to ensure mechanical completion of Sub systems / Systems and Completion of the Facility as defined by the scope of work and in line with the project planning priorities and agreed Milestones.
Delivery within cost and schedule of Integrated Topsides and a Topsides-to-GBS Facility with all activities up to Systems Completions activities completed.
Coordination of all Integrated Topsides and Topsides / GBS Facility construction work.
Provides and coordinates Technical Support internal and external parties.
Assisting in developing the Integration and Hookup portion of the schedule for the project.
Managing and administering of the site contracts to achieve safety, quality, budget and schedule objectives.
Managing interfaces on site including between contractors, and between Construction and Operations.
Assist handover to Commissioning and/or Operations.
Identify technical problems, agree corrective actions and follow up with their implementation.
Ensure that project procedures follow national regulations and HSE standards in-line with all current legislation and practices whilst meeting production targets.
Monitor and ensure effective implementation of interface and integration / module hook-up policies and procedures.
Support field engineering and commissioning team.
Conditions:
Location — Murmansk.
Two variants are possible:
— 5/2 with permanent relocation to Murmansk. Apartment allowance is provided. Transportation from Murmask to Belokamenka is provided.
— summarized recording of working time / personalized schedule 6 weeks on site / 2 weeks off site, 6/1. Apartment allowance is provided. Transportation from Murmask to Belokamenka is provided. Transportation from place of permanent residence to Murmansk and back is not provided (at his or her own expense).
Labour contract in accordance with Labour Code of Russian Federation (approximately till mid-2023).
Competitive salary.
