Dear colleagues! Currently we are looking for employees for a major oil&gas project in Russia
Requirements:
1)At least eight (08) years of working experience in engineering or site construction or Pre-commissioning and Commissioning works;
2)At least three (03) projects working experience in Instrument Pre-commissioning and commissioning;
3)Very familiar with Yokogawa products (with at least one project in oil and gas), and familiar with Yokogawa OTS system;
4)Very fluent in English, in both oral and writing;
5)Good skills in coordination and communication.
Duties:
1)Acquaint himself with design documents, Project Contract, project Subcontracts, Russia Federal Laws and Regulations, and also the statuary requirements related to Pre-commissioning;
2)Coordinate with GC and Construction Subcontractor’s Instrument and automation engineers for the pre-commissioning related issues;
3)Review and approve the Pre-commissioning schedule/plan developed/submitted by Construction Subcontractor on behalf of Contractor;
4)Participate in the Automation System Factory acceptance test;
5)Organize and coordinate the DCS/ESD/FGS site acceptance test;
6)Assist the warehouse specialist for the management of the spare parts and special tools;
7)Review the pre-commissioning technical procedures, method statements and programes submitted by the construction subcontractors, ensure its safety and quality of the work;
8)Preparation of the pre-commissioning quality control procedures, especially those ITR-B1 and ITR B2, for instrument, automation and telecom;
9)Review the Turnover system definition developed by the Instrument Engineer;
10)Review the turnover system definition and develop the equipment list for each of the turnover systems;
11)Ensure the compliance of the As-built drawings with the actual work done at site;
12)Work with the MC Manager, and develop the ITR Assignment matrix for each of the tags in each of the turnover system/Subsystem;
13)Participate in the job safety analysis meeting, and ensure the safety of the pre-commissioning activities;
14)Interface management and coordination with other disciplines;
15)Work with the control department and also the construction subcontractors, and develop the vendor site service plan and schedule;
16)Coordinate with the vendor for the site services;
17)Check and sign off the vendor site service report;
18)Develop the training manuals for the GC/Owner’s operation team;
19)Participate in the training courses, and provide the support for the classes as necessary;
20)Assist the Mechanical completion coordinators for the signature of the ITRs;
21)List all of the out-standing activities for pre-commissioning, and make the schedule of such out-standing construction works;
22)Management of Changes during the pre-commissioning and commissioning and maintain the MOC log of instrument and control;
23)Study the vendor documents and ensure the site pre-commissioning activities are line with the vendor documents;
24)Perform the roles and responsibilities of Instrument Engineer during his/her absence.
Conditions:
Fixed-term contract for 1 year (extension is possible)
Place of work: Amur region.
Rotational work schedule (60/30).
Salary: 160 000 rubles per month per watch for 60/30 days.
Accommodation, meal, travel, mobile phone allowance.
Vacation leave: 36 days
