ACTIVITIES 1. General accounting : • Coordination of monthly accounts closing • Performing of period closing postings in SAP (monthly) • Preparation of monthly Statement of Expenses • Supervise the accounting and preparation of reporting for 2 small legal entities • Preparation of the various analysis and statements of accounting data for the Management, tax and state officials. • Performing of analysis of accounts in SAP, ensuring the compliance with Russian and International Accounting standards • Preparation/update of respective accounting procedures • Participation in audits 2. Joint Venture Accounting • Preparation of monthly reporting package for Partners: Working Capital, billing to partners, debt calculation, etc • Communication with partners on different issues related to Joint Operating Agreement activities • Support to partners audit
3. Consolidated accounts (IFRS) • Preparation of quarterly/yearly consolidation in accordance with IFRS • Performing of Consolidation adjustments in SAP • Communication with DF/Conso department • Support to audit of consolidation accounts
4. Accounts receivables • Supervision of invoicing for Oil sales • Ensuring of proper accounting of Accounts Receivables in SAP

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND High school graduation in Accounting / Finance Professional experience 5 years, good knowledge of SAP (FI) Proactive, self-organized , analytical skills Good working knowledge of English.
