Regional Sales Director, Russia. International Oilfield services company.

Responsible for developing and meeting sales growth targets in the scope of responsibility.
Manages product line sales and account representatives.
Ensures the implementation of marketing plans for development of new business within the scope of responsibility.
Maintains the customer base, including existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and penetrates new markets.
Manages sales employee performance development and technical and non-technical training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
12+ years experience in oilfieldservices operations and sales.
Knowledge of multiple product or service lines.
Significant salesexperience.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to deliver salesgrowth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
