International oilfield services company is looking for Drilling Fluids Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Managing the operations of a district or product/service system.
Responsibility for lower level P&L.
Employee management and development
Inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality, training, planning and budget management.
Requirements:
Drilling Fluids Operations experience is a must, 8+ years experience in field and operations.
Thorough understanding of product lines/service
Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
Knowledge of company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting and staffing.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
