This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Maintenance and Inspection Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• To participate and supervise pre-detail & detail engineering activities for the main packages, in order to ensure that maintenance requirements are taken into consideration: operability, maintainability, Inspectability…
• To control that the proper documents & data required for maintenance have been duly obtained, followed-up and to check that the progress measurement gives realistic information.
• To supervise, review and validate the activities in relation with identification, selection and procurement of spare parts and specific tools including inspection, shipment deliveries and storage in subsidiary warehouse for all equipment (vendors items/package & LLI).
• To co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of Materials Management System.
• To co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerised Maintenance Management System.
• To supervise the preparation, review and validate the maintenance dossiers.
• To participate to the preparation of documents & files required for the implementation of the Electronic Data Management System.
• To supervise, control and validate the final report of MIEC activities
• To provide assistance for the commissioning and start-up teams.
• Follow-up the main packages detailed engineering activities to ensure that inspection requirements are considered.
• Provide assistance as required to the Work Package Leaders to ensure the design conformity to the Project spec.,
• Follow-up and control and validate the Inspection Engineering activities regarding the concerned installation
• Co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerised Inspection Management System
• Supervise the preparation, review and validate the Inspection dossiers
• Participate to the preparation of documents and files required for the implementation of the EDMS
• Participate to the preparation of the various Maintenance & Inspection contracts (including BV certification) required for the production phase.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
