A large international company is looking for professionals to one of the biggest oil & gas project in Russia and invites candidates for [b]Lead Commissioning Engineer[/b] position.
[b]Job requirements: [/b]
▪ Higher engineering education
▪ 10+ years in the oil and gas industry
▪ Offshore experience is highly preferable
▪ Knowledge of resolutions, directories, orders and other guidelines and normative legislative papers regarding to the issues of production activity
▪ Policies, procedures and local normative documentations
▪ Active job technology and business-systems
▪ Guidelines on development and execution of technical documentation
▪ Detailed technical knowledge of offshore engineering
▪ Experience in Russian oil & gas industry
▪ Fundamentals of economics
▪ Fundamentals of labour legislation
▪ Fundamentals of job engineering and management
▪ Knowledge of Russian Industrial regulations on Labour Safety Rules (RTN)
▪ Fundamentals of labour health and fire safety
▪ HSE competencies (regulations and norms of labour protection) as per the Standard Job Competence Profile
▪ Good written and spoken English
▪ Readiness for rotational schedule 28\28 days
[b]Accountabilities: [/b]
▪ Number of subordinates: up to 8 people
▪ Participate in Asset HSE Programmes (STOP/Audit/Incident Review)
▪ Develop and review ISSOW for commissioning activities and maintain a high safety standard within the commissioning team and guidance to disciplines as required
▪ Provide daily direction, schedules and technical guidance to the commissioning team
▪ Review design packages / job packs to ensure that they are optimized and take due account of commissioning issues
▪ Liaise with Installation Contractors, clarifying all design aspects to ensure that they are safely and efficiently constructed / tested / commissioned
▪ Liaise Provide required input to Company planning / scheduling / progress-monitoring / costing activities
▪ Provide technical input to ensure technical completeness and integrity of constructed facilities
▪ Develop commissioning procedures and project documentation
▪ Development of Russian staff in commissioning engineering and technical support
▪ Major brown-field offshore construction environment, concurrent with Drilling and Production operations
▪ Coordination of portfolio of approximately 80 separate projects utilising own developed overarching commissioning plan and individual commissioning dossiers
