Project Description / Scope
Design Engineering for Exxon Oil and Gas Projects
Job Description incl. responsibilities and tasks:
Manages and trains a multi-discipline engineering team plus some sub-contract engineering companies (CSI) for EPC projects in the OIL and Gas, on and off shore industry
and coordinates activities of engineering department to design, process, project, and develop, produce, improve, and test components, products, systems, and services.
Person Specification incl. core competencies required:
• Needs to be a good manager, good communicator and interface with clients
• Must be computer literate as appropriate to the role.
• Russian/English speaking preferable
• Oil and Gas experience is beneficial but not essential.
Required Qualifications / experience
• Preferably a degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry
• Proficient in 3D design processes
