As a result of our growth agenda we are currently looking to recruit an experienced HSE manager to join our team in Russia and provide support and expertise to both the business and HSE team.
• Base salary: Competitive
• Location: Tyumen, Russia
The General responsibilities of the role are:
Ensure the successful implementation and consistent application of KCA DEUTAG’s Worldwide HSE standards.
Assist rig and office management in all aspects of the implementation of KCA DEUTAG’s policies, standards and procedures as well as client’s requirements and the requirements as per Russian regulations
Support rig and office management in monitoring of HSE performance and awareness
Leading role and active participation in HSE programs/systems
Performs the duties to the requirements of quality & safety standards of KCA DEUTAG, client and as stated in regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.
Leading role in the development of a proactive HSE culture
Manage and Lead a team of HSE advisors and external consultants and contractors as required to provide appropriate HSE support and advice to rig teams and subcontractors.
Act as a competent point of contact for external Regulatory and other shareholders
Active support of daily activities, provide mentoring to HSE advisors, peers and throughout the business unit
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
University degree (HSE related education is preferred)
Familiar with drilling, workover operations.
Good knowledge of all safety regulations issued by authorities,oil and gas companies working in Russia.
Ability to pass the certification in Rostekhnadzor to work as HSE manager as per Russian regulations.
Good knowledge of safety relevant equipment and techniques.
Good computer knowledge.
Russian as mother language and excellent English skills.
Communication and leadership skills in order to be able to lead and motivate/develop personnel.
5 years intensive experience in HSE.
