HSE:
In its activities, ensures compliance with RF Law Rules & Regulations prescribed, Company Rules and requirements in Health, Safety and Environment, provides established Reports of violations and non-compliance in this area
Maintains a proper order and handling of Khariaga Site vehicles service station (VSS), performs regular inspections of working places following to the Inspection schedules; oil spill response activities participation within Company Sites and facilities, serves as a responsible leader of Services Dpt team and an enabled machinery and equipment in the course of the operations
Conducts scheduled and unscheduled toolbox briefings with services Dpt Staff in accordance with upcoming types of work, Permit to Work pre-job meetings, keeping track established HSE Log books
General:
Responsible for Company’s vehicles maintenance and repair execution
Monitors vehicles and VSS equipment scheduled (regular) maintenance. In a timely manner purchase orders and receipt of vehicles spare parts, fuel and tools, the introduction of the necessary materials, types of fuel and spare parts of Warehouse minimum stock. Controls the acquisition, transportation, storage and use of consumables, fuel and spare parts of motor vehicles
Provides planning, Company’s associated documentation keeping track, coordinate VSS staff and drivers for vehicles repair and maintenance
Pad 108 Wastes management Station: responsible for Station operation, loading and shipment of waste and hazardous industrial waste disposal, Pad 108 and remote Pads housekeeping and industrial and household waste disposal. Controls accumulation and temporary storage of industrial and oily debris hazardous waste at WMS. Accumulated empty drums steaming and pressing with compactor installation. Responsible for the WMS equipment exploitation and implementation of safety rules at work on the collection and recycling of waste, steaming operation on Station’s steaming bench. Responsible for Pad 108 territory housekeeping
Responsible for the continuous provision and storage of nitrogen and propane bottles in accordance with Production needs
In a timely manner performs Work orders to carry out necessary repairs; additional personnel Time sheets keeping truck
Develops and oversees the performance of estimates of materials costs
Acceptance of new equipment or vehicles, upgrading and replacing inefficient equipment
Responsible for the maintenance of KHA Offices sanitation systems and equipment, orders in a timely manner materials and tools requiring to carry out the necessary repairs and routine maintenance
Keep track of all types of vehicles operation and worn-out equipment included, write off documentation
Supervises the activities associated with hazardous working conditions according to the developed plan, works under the Work permits
Dispatching functions:
Organizes and supervises the work of heavy machinery drivers in accordance with operational needs
Oversees the timely vehicles refueling and process fluids supply
Plans to timely conduct routine inspections and repairs of vehicles with VSS Senior mechanic assistance
Organizes the timely presentation of the Company’s KHA vehicles and related documentation to conduct technical inspections by State Traffic supervisory Authorities in the field of road safety
Traffic safety Engineer functions:
Develops organizational and technical measures concerning the prevention of traffic accidents to strengthen labor and transportation disciplines
Supervises the work of special machinery drivers on route and implements entries in the travel documents of the identified violations
To manage sessions with drivers on safety and traffic rules once a rotation.
Profile/ Qualifications / experience required
Higher education in exploitation and production of oil and gas; experience in the positions held by the engineering staff, at least 3 years, or vocational technical education and work experience in the positions held by the engineering staff, at least 5 years;
Proficiency in management of human resources;
Good IT skills, knowledge of MS Office Suite, SAP
Fluency in English
