Job description:
HSE
Ensure the role of RSES-Delegate (depending on operation location), implement stop of work authority.
Ensure Simultaneous Operations Standing Instructions are implemented during Drilling and Completion operations
Ensure work permits & JRA are performed and followed as per Company CR, discuss risks analysis with the Superintendant
Ensure “outside” dedication of Day and Night Nabors HSE Supervisor. Manages HSE/H2S supervisors dedicated to Drilling and Completion operations (H2S management, HSE induction, HSE reporting, HSE performance, PTW, HSE coaching/training)
Prepares and maintains highest level of compliance with statutory requirements and company’s safety procedures during operations. Issue once per day anomaly card
Organize and lead morning safety meetings and follow up the implementation of action points raised
Ensure all operations are performed with respect of environmental site and Russian regulations
Keep awareness on Company HSE training requirements and organize himself to follow / validate these trainings
OPERATION
Accountable for conducting operations as per program and referential
Personally supervise delicate or risky operations
Identifies the significant changes from program, ensure management of change on site
Makes comments to Superintendant and Engineering team for performance improvement.
Complies with Company referential in relation with 2 barriers policy and barrier element validation
Ensure well control equipment & procedures are operational and personnel are trained
Ensure well is permanently monitored
Optimize operations and rig equipment in relation with downhole constraints, engineering, contractors & services Companies
Coordinates the services Companies and the drilling Contractor
Ensures that all equipment used and procedures enforced are in conformity with company policy and standards
In charge of cross-checking all equipment and services provision to rig site.
Provide precise recommendations to night supervisor
Check & validate the night Company man reporting : accuracy, rigor, transparency.
Ensure accurate daily cost control.
Actively participates to End of Section Debriefing.
Ensure progress of junior staff sharing experience, providing guidance, identifying training requirements.
Ensure good atmosphere of work at site and smooth relationship with the Superintendant
Profile/ Qualifications / experience required
Minimum 15 years of international field experience (drilling and completion), both practical and theoretical.
Minimum 5 years experience in drilling & completion senior supervisor position.
English – fluent.
