Our client - One of the biggest international Oil&Gas company.
Activities
Follow up on behalf of the Company all the technical issues of the development of the Project managed by JV in the field of:
Design, construction and operation of Surface facilities from wellhead to loading arms (Network, inlet facilities, LNG plant, power plant, LNG storage tanks, jetty and loading system);
Coordination with the different technical departments (HQ and in Russia) involved in the Project follow-up;
Participate in Technical Advisory committees (LNG, Marine, Upstream) and workshops;
Preparation of the technical dossiers for internal approvals;
Coordinate with LNG advisor on Project Finance related technical issues;
Review LNG Project proposals and key commercial agreements for all the technical issues and provide opinion for Corporate approval process;
Implement project reporting or internal use;
Participate to LNG Project audits;
Recommend appropriate measures to ensure project delivery on time, in the Budget, within the best standards.
Ensure that the Project will be implemented in acceptable conditions in the frame of SHA (HSE, QA/QC, schedule, budget);
Accountable for all project development activities: budget execution, respect for the terms and quality;
In coordination with JV Project teams:
Ensure that production start up date and level of production is in line with objectives;
Identify, define position and recruit and create locally the team of high professionals (Secondees);
Establish processional working relations with second Shareholder.
Context and environment
Position is based in Moscow. Regular trips on the field.
Fast track project (schedule driven). Minimum staff within the Operating company. Different shareholders approach, policies and standards.
Operations carried in remote arctic conditions in sensible environment. Operations must cope with the very specific Russian context: language, culture, shortage of resources
Operations carried in a sensitive environment: climate, logistics and technical point
Link to HQ specialists is required to use fully the Total know how and report on TNG actions to HQ in time
Required qualifications
University Degree.
10+years experience in development of O&G Project.
Very wide technical knowledge.. Previous experience in LNG appreciated.
Good knowledge and experience of operations, specifically in a context of growing activities.
English – fluent.
