MINIMUM PRE-SELECTION REQUIRMENTS ARE SHOWN BELOW:
* A diploma in Electrical/Instrument Engineering or equivalent..
* A minimum of 5 years experience in design of instrument systems of
industrial facilities.
* Experience in design compliance with HSE requirements.
* Experience in instrument system installation.
* Experience in fire detection and alarm systems design and installation will be preferable, but not essential. The job holder is responsible for:
• Revision of all instrumentation, automation and telecommunication systems including documentation issued by the Engineering Services Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc).
• Assessment of the compliance of design documentation with RoK standards, QA/QC requirements and AKCO procedures.
• Interface with other project disciplines to ensure smooth, reliable and timely flow of data, and information.
• Review and evaluation of any proposals/requests for technical modification and provide technical support in decision making
• Provide technical assessment relevant to site queries submitted by Contractors.
• Develop documents for submission of reports to the state bodies as request by his coordinator
