This position is based in Russia. The ICSS/Instrumentation Superintendent will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Define, mobilize and manage an organization will cover all ICSS/Instrumentation activities on site;
• Encourage and promote company’s values through the team members;
• Maintain good motivation and moral within integration construction team;
• Ensure that all members of the team are aware that in addition to quality and good engineering practice, planning, meeting deadlines and cost must be a permanent concern.
• Follow up, review, comment on all documentations produced by contractors;
• Verify that the Contractor(s) are administrating properly the Company Long Lead Items;
• Plan, manage, control and deliver the overall ICSS/Instrumentation works at Central Process Facilities and remote pads;
• Manage technical interfaces related to ICSS/Instrumentation between EPCC Contracts, LLI’s;
• Liaise with Operations to develop and implement projects in line with current Operation and Maintenance philosophy;
• Oversee all responsible teams activities to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information are properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by law, regulations and company policies;
• Manage external parties that include design institutes, contractors and vendors to ensure that the project development associated with CPF up-grade and remote well pads integration activities are carried out in the safe manner within the project schedule and budget;
• Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions;
• Provide input and review quality assurance and control procedure;
• Liaise closely and ensure coordination with other work packages Superintendents, to ensure complete and timely hand-over of CPF and remote pads construction scopes to commissioning;
• Make necessary arbitration between different work packages and disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project;
• Define and manage a strategy to minimize shutdowns;
• Assist or issue in due time all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, final report);
• Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility;
• Provide support/participate to pre-commissioning & commissioning activities related to ICSS/Instrumentation part.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
