We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in Paris, France. The HVAC Specialist will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.
Activities:
• Evaluation of scopes of work for modernization of the existing ventilation systems;
• Review and digest the Basis and details of Design of HVAC systems;
• Ensure that the design is developed in line with the Project Specifications, local standards and the Statement of Requirements;
• Review, comment and approve of detailed engineering documents;
• Ensure coordination of HVAC, Mechanical & Piping activities as well as Buildings fabrication with the other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design;
• Prepare the Mechanical, HVAC requisition, check, comment and approve purchase order;
• Participate and approve the various Factory acceptance tests ( FAT);
• Liaise with Operations to develop and implement projects in line with current Operation and Maintenance philosophy;
• Construction site visits with the main aim to study the construction object and to propose an engineering solution of ventilation systems design to the Client. Preparation of dual-language report with design recommendations;
• Undertake site mission when necessary in coordination with site representatives;

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience as HVAC/Building specialist in oil and gas industry;
Fluent in English (speaking and writing) French would be an advantage;
Fluent Russian is mandatory;
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
