This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The HVAC & Mechanical Specialist will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Review and digest the Basis and details of Design of HVAC systems (aerothermal systems) for buildings located in extreme cold conditions (-46°C);
• Coordinate and supervise Mechanical, HVAC and Buildings for Central Process Facilities, associated drilling Pads;
• Ensure that the design is developed in line with the Project Specifications, local standards and the Statement of Requirements;
• Review, comment and approve of Contractor detailed engineering documents;
• Ensure coordination of HVAC, Mechanical & Piping activities as well as Buildings fabrication with the other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design;
• Verify the deliverables to be produced by the Contractor(s) related to Mechanical, HVAC, (Mechanical, Piping, E&I) and Buildings;
• Prepare the Mechanical, HVAC requisition, check, comment and approve purchase order;
• Participate with Mechanical, HVAC CTR/Vendors meeting;
• Participate and approve the various Factory acceptance tests ( FAT);
• Manage technical interfaces related to Mechanical HVAC and Building between Contractors (EPSCC, Engineering, Vendors, Construction, other Packages);
• Liaise with Operations to develop and implement projects in line with current Operation and Maintenance philosophy;
• Undertake site mission when necessary in coordination with site representatives;
• Assist the Commissioning and Start-up phases

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience as HVAC/Building specialist in oil and gas industry;
Fluent in English (speaking and writing) French would be an advantage;
Fluent Russian is mandatory;
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
