Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
Qualification with an Engineering degree
Minimum of 20 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a role similar to that described here
Previous experience in the former Soviet Union and some knowledge of the Russian language is desirable
Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
Project Management skills including good working knowledge of contractual matters and be of such experience to propose, agree and instigate changes to work procedures and plans
which are considered appropriate and to adequately document such changes.
Experience and knowledge of Multi Discipline construction techniques
Sound knowledge of most computer applications
Ability to work to the highest HSE standards
Good interpersonal and communication skills suitable for the Kazakh environment.
Fluent written and spoken English and preferably one other major language

Indicative rate: GBP 575. - per day of work (subject to final approval)
