Responsibilities:
- Perform as engineering and maintenance Technical Authority (as delegated) for all issues related to static equipment. Responsibilities are defined in company Manual of Technical Authority.
- Develop pan asset Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for static equipment and systems in compliance with Russian Regulations and Company adopted Standards
- Ensure implementation of approved strategies and procedures across all company assets.
- Review and improve existing strategies and procedures in timely manner as per latest technical and maintenance requirements.
- Support implementation of SAP Maintenance Programs, including Campaign programs, in order to ensure Integrity, Safe and Reliable Operation and maximum availability of the facilities.
- Identify spare parts and consumables required for reliable operation of the company static equipment and systems and raise Material Master requests for such.
- Review the Quality of Execution of maintenance activities such that Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance job routines are executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at World-class Standards.
- Continuously communicate company requirements for World-class Standards to the engineering and maintenance personnel on assets.
- Support development of annual budgets for execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs and a contingency for unplanned maintenance.
- Maintain Technical Interfaces and Supervision of Manufacturers, Contractors, ABS, RTN inspectors.
- Effectively Manage and Control Inventory of Materials and Spare Parts, ensure that Spare Parts and Material Purchase Orders have been prepared in time in SAP and monitor that Materials are supplied well in advance of the scheduled execution.
Requirements:
- Regulatory and procedural materials for static equipment; including RF regulations. Knowledge of RF and International regulations for hazardous facilities is required in particular;
- International regulations, codes and standards (certifying bodies, ISO, ASTM, ASME, BS EN, ABS, etc  ;
- Design, operating principle and specifications of static equipment;
- Typical failure modes and troubleshooting procedures;
- Root cause analysis (RCA) basics (Apollo RCA methodology, etc.);
- Static equipment installation, adjustment, modification and repair methods;
- Organisation of process plant maintenance, engineering design and project execution;
- English;
