1. To be able to generate, find, develop and materialize new business opportunities for FPD in original equipment, spare parts and technical service sales in Oil&Gas industry.
2. To be able to arrange good communication with Clients from the very beginning points.
3. To be able introduce FPD products in front of end user with capability to convince end user in suitability of FPD products to the Clients’ needs.
4. To be knowledgeable about Oil&Gas basic processes
5. To be aware about Oil&Gas industry in subject of end user site locations
6. To be knowledgeable about Oil&Gas industry certification and approval system
7. To have a capability to be trained and be a very good team player.
8. To have strong self-discipline, self-motivation and high responsible character.
9. To be capable to work very hard in overtime based on will to achieve the target.
10. To be target focused and result oriented person.
11. Provide immediate technical support to our customers to insure proper pumps selection and successful operation of our products.
12. With guidance from the Area Sales Manager and the supporting Front Line Teams innovate and develop new methods of pump & mechanical seal application compliance.
13. Be able to prepare correct technical presentations and proposals for engineered and standard products to customers.
14. Be able to process orders by obtaining and completing all technical order entry requirements.
15. Interact with other departments as needed to support the order process and assure on-time delivery of the orders.
16. Perform additional duties as required and/or assigned.

Position Requirements:
Engineering Degree
Fluent in English & Russian
5+ years direct selling experience in Russia
Experience in Oil&Gas sector
Experience in direct sales of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines)
