International Oil and Gas Company is looking for Transportation Coordinator
Transportation Coordinator (TC) will take calls from drivers and customers related to transportation services. TC will stay in frequent contact with drivers to ensure that the passengers will arrive on time. TC will work with Road Transportation Safety Specialist to plan driving routes, check on drivers' status reports, as well as analyze IVMS data.
Qualifications:
This position requires the ability to plan and verify driver work schedules and to use the phone and computer extensively. Customer service oriented, organized, able to prioritize multiple requests within short time limits
Must have the ability to plan, direct and coordinate transportation needs for site personnel and site visitors.
Excellent customer care, organizational, and problem solving abilities are essential for this job as well as the ability to incorporate administrative, managerial and logistical skills.
TC is responsible for other people's safety and well-being.
TC must be familiar with federal, municipal and regional legislation governing vehicle safety and maintenance.
Work closely with management to ensure all CNI site vehicles are monitored, inspected regularly ,have all safety devices installed and all driver training is complete.
Work closely with Camp coordinator and Manager on requirements needed daily.
Experience in Transportation and Customer services is highly desired
Language: Must be able to converse in Russian and English
Shift work: Day Shift (11 hours plus 1 hour for lunch) on construction site – 7 days per week / 28 days on 28 days off
