<b>Job Scope The SCM Clerk will be located in the KXM Office in Gayduk. They assist the Material Supervisor in collecting, gathering, storing and distributing data to other PMC Groups. They complete Checklists for proper accuracy of documentation required for ACT’s of Acceptance and maintain proper filing for future viewing. They will assist in the preparation of document packages that will be used for handover to Quality Control Group.
Job Logistics • Full-time Residency in Novorossiysk, Russia is required. • Work Hours = 40hrs/wk (M-F) • Anticipated Start Date = November 2012 • Projected End Date = 2013 Job Responsibilities • Reports directly to the Warehouse Lead at KXM Warehouse • Actively champions safety • Assist in the preparation of document packages for handover (20%) • Completes Checklists for ACT’s of Acceptance (40%) • Filing and maintaining handover documents via Hard Copy and Working Spreadsheet (10%) • Organizing Incoming Inspections with Quality Control Group (10%) • Assisting KXM with document preparation for Handover (10%) • Tracking all NCR’s pertaining to ACT’s of Acceptance (10%) Job Qualifications • Some College Preferred • 1-5 years of related experience. • Interpersonal/communication skills to interface with colleagues at all levels without creating conflict. • Computer skills using Microsoft Applications (Excel/Word). • Fluency in written and spoken Russian. Some English a plus.</b>
