Large international Oil and Gas Company is looking for Labor Relations Specialist!

The Labor Relations Specialist scope includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

• Provide efficient communication between the company's labor force and Management. Work with Tank Farm and Onshore Facilities Team, providing day to day HR support regarding contractor personnel and compliance with the RF Labor Law.
• Serve as a link between work force and management. Assist in keeping contractors labor force as efficient and productive as possible. Keep track of changes in labor legislation and meet regularly with the workforce. Monitor the compliance of Labor Requirements and Company Policies on site.
• Assist in planning, development and implementation of labor relations programs. Advise on any labor related issues, propose solution in labor disputes. Keep the management informed on any case of questionable situation with the Contractors personnel and propose solution for further action.
• Assess workforce needs while taking into account the capacity of what the organization can offer. Keep the management informed about labor market trends.
• Assist management team in administration of HR policies. Serve as information resource for such matters. Assist in investigating and settling grievances. Prepare required, reports on legal practices to identify problem areas. Arrange necessary documentation for periodic HR related reports.

Job Qualifications:

• English / Russian languages are the main languages used at the work place.
• Requires good knowledge of RF Labor Law
• Education required in relevant field (i.e. labor economics, personnel relations, industrial psychology, sociology, business, administration. Legal training would be a plus.)
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills are required for this position especially in tight conditions and when under a lot of pressure.
• Adaptable to fast changing priorities of assigned tasks and management of their completion.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with project team
• Knowledge of how to organize, store, retrieve large amount of electronic files as well as hard-copy of technical documents and drawings.
