Large international oil and gas company is looking for Instrumentation Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Manage / supervise Contractor’s installation of instrumentation and cabling;
Review, advise and concur with Contractor’s work execution planning, releasing / initiating packages of work in keeping with schedule requirements and good construction execution practice; drive completion of work packages/areas/systems in a timely manner;
Review Contractors work, equipment and labor resource planning vis-à-vis schedule, ensuring adequate numbers, condition and capability/competence;
Ensure safety of Contractor’s work activities with regard to workers, and avoiding impacts to project progress, completed works and existing Operating facilities;
Ensure constructed works conform to IFC design document and specifications;
Organize and supervise all control system pre-commissioning and loop-checking;
Ensure that quality of finished works and documentation thereof meet requirements of Russian Federation.
Requirements:
Minimum ten (10) years previous Construction project experience installing both above ground plant piping and under-ground piping/pipelines, and plant equipment;
Good English language abilities, both spoken and written;
Must have interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels;
Must have experience working in an integrated team environment which is multi-cultural, multi-national, and includes accommodating language differences;
Must have experience in managing EPC lump sum contracts;
Demonstrated project management skills, including ability to utilize, review/analyze Contractor’s routine reporting of Construction progress and status, and also to support reporting of same to Company;
Computer user skills in Microsoft Windows environment using Microsoft Applications; ability to utilize Project’s computerized communication, reporting, and document management systems.
