Administrative Assistant Job Purpose: Provides office and clerical services which support the Caspian Pipeline Expansion Project - Onshore Team. The Administrative Clerk reports to the Deputy Project Manager – Onshore Team and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in an effective and efficient manner.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
• Prepare correspondence, reports and other manner of documents associated with the project.
• Maintain office files, databases
• Take minutes at meetings, prepare document of the minutes and distribute to all parties for signature.
• Maintains supplies inventory anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Meetings arrangement.
