This position is based in Russia/Korea/China/Philippines The Fabrication Yard Manager will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Oversight of the EPC Contractor & Fabrication subcontractor during fabrication, assembly, testing and delivery of the Modules at the nominated module yard for MWP1a Pre-Assembled Unit of LNG Trains (18 Modules, 103 570 T), reporting to the Head of Modules Fabrication Department
• Ensure project execution to HSSE standards and within quality, schedule and cost objectives
• Manage and supervise all aspects of the fabrication construction work ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with the relevant Company requirements
• Actively assist in setting direction and delivery expectations to the Company site discipline construction team, Contractor and Sub-Contractor in areas such as HSSE, quality, schedule & cost.
• Confirm that the Fabrication contractor has a robust execution plan for module fabrication, pre-commissioning, commissioning, load-out and hand-over. .
• Provide company Fabrication management and oversight of Fabrication contractor activities to achieve completion of the scope of work and pre-commissioning / commissioning objectives for the Modules at the fabrication yard (i.e. Contractor Fabrication contractor completes scope of work).
• Assist Company multi-discipline team in coordination of interfaces between Company Fabrication team, Contractor and Fabrication Contractor. Ensuring alignment with all parties & groups associated with site activities to achieve overall project goals. Create a healthy work environment supporting team members and contractor personnel as required.
• Identify and highlight any risks opportunities or threats that may have a favorable or adverse impact on module delivery within project cost, quality or schedule objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans as appropriate to maintain performance objectives.
• Update weekly/monthly management reporting to monitor progress on key performance indicators (KPI’S) & critically analyze data.
• Provide input and review of variations, management of change, coordination of vendor and specialist contractor support and any other aspects to ensure successful implementation of the contract.
• Ensure the review and resolution of Site Queries and Technical deviation requests.
• Monitor and report on fabrication construction progress
• To ensure that all construction aspects of the project on site are supervised in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate specialist with minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas industries.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Russian language will be a plus
Yard experience will be a plus
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
