Function:
• Coach and lead a team of Expats and Russian Nationals;
• Assist with and promote on the job training;
• Support the competence assessment process;
• Control the nomination of staff for external training programs and provides feedback on the status of the nomination.
Requirements:
• Higher professional education and additional training in Electrical Engineering;
• Specialised tertiary technical education in Electrical discipline;
• The minimal previous work experience under the speciality shall be 10 - 15 years experience in petrochemical industry minimum 5 years as a supervisor, including proven experience in technical training;
• The English language and able to report well both verbally and written;
• HSE competencies as per the Standard Job Competence Profile;
• LNG process;
• Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP.
