Requirements: - Graduate engineer with minimum 8 years experience in engineering and construction for the oil industry of which 5 spent in electrical supervisor position.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define, mobilize and manage an organization will cover all electrical activities on site in particular the electrical sub-station.
- Encourage and promote company’s values through the team members.
- Maintain good motivation and moral within integration construction team.
- Ensure that all members of the team are aware that in addition to quality and good engineering practice, planning, meeting deadlines and cost must be a permanent concern.
- Follow up, review, comment on all documentations produced by contractors.
- Verify that the Contractor(s) are administrating properly the Company Long Lead Items.
- Plan, manage, control and deliver the overall electrical works and remote pads.
- Manage technical interfaces related to Electrical between EPCC Contracts, LLI’s …
- Liaise with Operations to develop and implement projects in line with current Operation and Maintenance philosophy.
- Oversee all responsible teams activities to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information are properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by law, regulations and company policies.
- Manage external parties that include design institutes, contractors and vendors to ensure that the project development associated with CPF up-grade and remote well pads integration activities are carried out in the safe manner within the project schedule and budget.
- Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions.
- Provide input and review quality assurance and control procedure.
- Make necessary arbitration between different work packages and disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project.
- Define and manage a strategy to minimize shutdowns.
- Assist or issue in due time all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, final report …).
- Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility.
- Provide support/participate to pre-commissioning & commissioning activities related to Electrical part.
