This position is based in Russia. The Drilling Well Site Supervisor will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Direct, supervise and optimize all rig operations.
• Manage and direct the activities of the Drilling Contractor and Drilling Service Contractors in the execution of the well program
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, management principles and standards
• Assist and ensure all documentation for drilling approval is at the well site prior to start drilling operations
• Work with Drilling operations Superintendent to implement the drilling & completion programs whilst fostering teamwork between Company disciplines and departments and between Company and Service Providers
• Inspect the drilling and related services work of contractors for quality and adherence to scheduled deadlines and in accordance with the programmed drilling operations;
• Co-ordinate personnel, equipment and material requirements for rig operations
• Monitor, document and report all rig operations affecting the well.
• Manage sub-contractors for all drilling and related services at the location.
• Develop and maintain close relations and good communications with the Drilling Superintendent, Senior Drilling Engineers, Operations Geologists, Petroleum Engineers, Logistics Superintendent and Tool Pusher of drilling contractor.
• Monitor equipment inventory and materials to have in stock the minimum required
• Prepare the end of well report generated for each well
• Manage, motivate and implement HSE management system, bridging document, at the rig site with all services companies including Drilling Contractor and Third Party Service Contractor;
• Conduct, HSE and quality control, design, program, execute, monitor and improve well and rig activities.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
IWCF
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
