Drilling Supervisor - Russian and English Speaking

A reputable Oil and Gas Exploration & Production company is looking to recruit several Drilling Supervisors on a Staff or Contract basis with land drilling experience. This is an urgent requirement, we are currently shortlisting to present the best candidates to our client.

Main prerequisites:
• At least 7-10 years experience as a Drilling Supervisor for an operator company directly involved in the exploration and/or production of oil and/or gas ideally with experience in well design and operations planning.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical subject. Or a long-served oilfield career.
• Work on a land rig, previous Kazakhstan experience is a bonus.
• Previous involvement in drilling wells of up to 5000m+.
• Possess a valid IWCF and/or IADC certificate
• Duration - 2-4 years, staff or contract position.
• Immediate contract on rotation basis.

Candidate should be fluent in Russian and English.
