GENERAL MANAGER – MAJOR MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES CONTRACT
Location: Sakahlin Island – town based resident position in Yuzhno – Sakhalinsk
Brief Job Description / Special Skills
• Main responsibilities and objectives:
- Respect of the contract technical & economic targets and KPI’s
- Definition of the general operating policy and undertaking of the actions required reaching the targets fixed.
- Budgeting / Forecasts.
- Signing of all documents sent outside to COMPANY, Subcontractors
- Feed back to SEIC and proposal of improvement programme
- Supervision of procurement.
- Coordination of the technical support from Western services (O&M/Vendor/CONTRACTOR)
- Multidisciplinary engineering activities coordination (major modifications & improvements)
- Definition of Nationalization policies & plan
- Assist to develop commercially sound and innovative proposals with Sales
- History in delivering up-sells from within existing contracts
- Forward looking strategic business planning capability
- Drive organizational P&L delivery and associated risk management
- Contractual Monthly and yearly reports
- Internal SNGS periodical reports
• Skills/Competencies:
- Experienced in managing and influencing the development and implementation of growth strategies
- Previous scope experience of similar size
- Previous line-management experience, able to steer QA, HSE, Finance and HR
- Management and familiarity with maintenance delivery methods and systems
- Experienced in managing partnerships
- Pre if experienced in execution of small modifications construction works
- Demonstrated Safety Leadership skills
- Ability to lead, inspire and develop team members
- Proven ability to negotiate to the satisfaction of both the Client and Company (inclusive of commercial, IR and contractual)
- Ability to relate to personnel at all levels
- Drives operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- High integrity, active listener, who develops the trust and respect of Clients and site teams
- Language and Cultural skills
- Professional representation
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Languages: Fluent English, Fluent Russian
• Qualifications: Engineering graduated
• Qualities required: Proven leadership capacity, high coaching skill, excellent interpersonal communication, positive approach to problems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience 10+ years in management of complex contracts in difficult environment in industrial sector
• Specific training SAP QA/HSE specific Contract procedures Internal Auditor certified.
Previous experience in working with Shell is an advantage
