Филиал международной корпорации, специализирующейся на функциях генподрядчика (проектирование и строительство) в O&G, ведет крупный проект в г. Оренбург и приглашает специалиста на вакансию:
Contract Manager
Требования:
-should be an Engineer with over 10 years of Project management experienceof which at least 3-5 years should have been in Contract Management.
- have very good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
-Construction Management experience is desirable.
-Working knowledge of English is preferred and desirable.
Обязанности:
Contract Managers are Project personnel with experience of preparation of tenders,
-Pre-qualification of prospective contractors and vendors, flotation of Enquiries,
-Techno-commercial evaluation and comparison of offers,
-Negotiations, Finalization of Contracts and orders, and finally management of the contracts.
-Management of the contracts includes timely notices to the contractors for contract violations, protecting our interests in the face of such violations, handling change orders etc.
