Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Contract engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Supervise ITT preparation.
• Participate in preparation of Tender Documentation and issue of CFT with Project team.
• Responsible for filing and maintaining of all contractual documentation
• Responsible to maintain portfolio of contracts / procurement information
• Participate in clarification and negotiation meetings with major international Contractors.
• Supervise contractual freeze.
• Manage contracts with selected Contractors and verify that all required approval collected.
• Work in collaboration with Technical and Corporate personnel
• Responsible for coordination of pre-qualification and bidders list composition, issue of Invitation to Tender, clarifications, commercial evaluation.
• Responsible for the preparation of Tender Board presentations
• Responsible for the preparation, authorization and release of contracts and Purchase Orders
• Responsible for correct Contract and Purchase Order composition and approval routing cycle completion.
• Responsible for the delivery of contract and purchase order documentation to the vendor, receipt of signed originals and filing in accordance with archiving procedures
• Responsible for portfolio progress reporting and contract closeout
• Supervise CFT process.
• Review and comment on contractual exceptions and qualifications.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
