Completion and Well Intervention Supervisor
-
Well Services Engineering (Completion Selection and Design, Tubing Stress Analysis, Well Intervention Well Control, Artificial Lift, Sand Control, Well Integrity Management, Hydrates, Hydraulic Workovers)
-
Well Intervention Operations (Wireline, Electric Line, Coil Tubing and Pumping Operations, Well Testing, Production Management)
Well Engineer Operations
The Position:
-
Participate in daily liaison with rigsite
-
Prepare cost estimations / budgets for well
-
Drilling Programming, both daily and longer term
-
Interface with drilling contractors, drilling tool providers, service companies.
-
Update reporting.
-
Monitor Performance
-
Provide HSE leadership skills.
-
Evaluate & Organise logistics for everyone offshore
-
Report to Senior Well Engineer
The Candidate
Vital skills
-
Good English
-
Drilling & operations procedures
-
Drilling Calculations
-
Casing Design, torque drag, cementing.
-
Ability to write drilling programs.
-
Well monitoring / Costs etc.
-
2-3 Years Rigsite Experience, 10+ wells. Up to 10 years total experience
-
B.Sc.. Drilling, Mining, Petroleum Engineer, or possibly from other field with right experience.
Background:
-
Drilling Supervisors, Drilling Engineers, Operations Engineers, Well Engineers
-
Mid sized companies ideally
-
Good awareness of Well construction and Design
