The leading service international company is looking for SHE Manager.
Company is the world's leading supplier of commercial explosives for mining industry: the open cut coal, open cut metal, underground mining, quarrying and construction industries.
Responsibilities :
•Facilitate and provide training / coaching on culture change processes within businesses, promote the adoption of new systems, assist with the implementation of required SHE behaviours, best practices, development of new initiatives (including safety recognition and promotion).
•Oversee the investigation of serious incidents to ensure root causes are established and all appropriate corrective actions are put in place.
•Monitor SH&E performance and improvement plans and provide consultation/coordination of Hazard Study / Risk Assessment activities for CIS states businesses.
•Provide mentoring/coaching for senior business personnel to ensure that SH&E considerations are included in business decision processes.
•Support overall commercial functions with appropriate SH&E support and information to improve services to / interface with customers.
•Manages multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Skills:
•Facilitation and strategic influencing skills.
•Good project management skills. Ability to structure highly complex technical & legislative information to allow commercially relevant decisions to be formulated
•Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to influence a broad cross-section of business personnel.
•Fluent English & Russian
Education and Background:
Minimum Requirements
•Science, Engineering or similar Degree or higher qualification (mining engineer desired).
•7+ years relevant explosives / industrial operational experience.
Preferred Requirements
•Multinational company experience in a matrix environment;
Place of work Moscow
Business trips - 60-70% working hours
Company suggests competitive salary - 150 K RUR (gross) per month, with annual bonus based on 20% of the annual income + medical & travel insurance, mobile phone.
