• Providing purchasing of oil & gas equipment, spare parts, building materials
• Coordinate with Russian and foreign suppliers
• Implement, manage and resolve issues on appropriate contracts
• Develop and send Request For Quotations, judge quotations
• Assist Accounts Payable in the resolution of problems associated with invoices
• Selection and audit suppliers in accordance with company standards
• Checking contracts procurement for all segments to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures to company standards
Requirements
• Higher education
• 3-4 year experience in procurement of building materials, equipment, etc.
• Well organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communications and inter-personal skills
• Good commercial sense and understanding of procurement
• Enthusiasm and energy
• Fluent English
