International Service Company is looking for technical consultant for tubulars (upstream)
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
2. Provide all necessary OCTG related information, both technical and commercial
3. Generate, Update /Maintain Forecast report based upon Tubular Material Requirements
4. Provide supplied OCTG related information, including technical specifications and recommendations
5. Coordinate of customs clearance process of OCTG with logistics representative and the customs broker
6. Assist and support shipping agency, providing docs/translating of docs (BOL/Cargo Manifest) for arrived shipments
7. Expedite the delivery and liaison with transport agent and client, customs authorities and brokers
8. Coordinate terms and quantity of materials orders placement/analysing inventory stock
9. Keeping and maintain Filling system (shipping/transportation/CCD)
10. Attend meetings following the plan made
11. Translate business documents between English and Russian
12. Prepare information requested by the Customer, Suppliers regarding the forecasting, planning, demand, materials movements etc.
13. Generate, keep, update and manage Accessories Requisition Form (ARF)
14. Perform other duties which are required by or followed from the job function described above.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English
2. Technical background and experience in O&G industry
3. Knowledge of drilling specifications – well constructions, casing pipe, tubing leak
Conditions:
1. 3 years contract
2. Work in office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
