Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in Russia. The Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Coordinator will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Initial formulating/implementation of all pre-commissioning and commissioning plans to liaising with and supervising the contractors/suppliers, workers and staff in handling all activities including procedure write-up and documentation submission;
• As part of a multi-discipline team, assist with delivery of commissioning procedures, completion and commissioning check sheets, handover procedures and certification management and punch list procedures;
• Supervise, commissioning of project systems, assist with compilation, sign-off and handover of certification packs to operations team;
• Provide the project team with an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirements and status to ensure subsequent decisions are well founded;
• Preparation of Testing and Commissioning Plans and Commissioning Documentation Procedures;
• Lead the electrical, control and instrumentation design on specific projects;
• Lead the compilation of design specifications and drawings;
• Participate in scheduling meetings to ensure startups are on schedule, if not on schedule will assist the construction managers in reworking schedule to an achievable start up date;
• Be responsible to ensure system is ready to operate in a safe manner, ensure all safety precautions are in place prior to any system being operated.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
