Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 550 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.

This position is based in Russia. The Pre-commissioning Specialist will be involved in a major power-generations company.

Activities:

• Coordinate and plan pre-commissioning and commissioning work scopes;
• Definition of commissioning requirement associated with projects; material availability etc;
• Create commissioning procedures;
• Liaise with Client, Asset Focal Points and engineering team to ensure commissioning requirements are fully defined;
• Commissioning of Turbine Control System at site;
• Provide on-site technical direction and leadership to skilled commissioning engineers/personnel performing work on customer sites
• Prepare site job-planning documents, test protocols and ability to communicate with customer regarding planning, daily progress and execution status
• Experience of conducting Factory/Site Acceptance Tests & Performance Guarantee tests
• Assist in the accurate time writing and progress reporting.

• Rotation 28d/28d

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the energy and/or oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
