Activities:
• Organization and coordination of construction operations according to design documentation, building codes, specifications and other regulations,
• Control of prefabrication and installation of piping,
• Testing of process piping and vessels/tanks (hydraulic and pneumatic),
• Installation and pre-commissioning of mechanical equipment (pumps, engines, compressors),
• Control of the Quality Control system in accordance with Russian and companies standards,
• Control of Subcontractors work,
• Check and control preparation of as-built documentation,
• Check material certificates for completeness and equipment for compliance with specifications and design.

Qualifications and Experience required:
• Work experience as Mechanical engineer in oil and gas or chemical plants, QA/QC experience is additional advantage,
• Experience in piping installation,
