• Interfacing directly with Operational Managers (Director of Anotech Russia and Business Development Manager) in Moscow office, submitting to HR & Recruitment Manager in France office within the HR team. • Providing functions regarding recruitment of candidates (Consultants) for out staffing basis; searching for suitable CVs on various job boards/networks and matching these profiles with the needs requested by Clients. • Identifying and making proper qualification of potential candidates; holding interviews phone and / or physical with selected candidates • Preparing CVs for sending to Clients via Company’s Managers in Interfacing directly with Operational Managers (Director of Anotech Russia and Business Development Manager) in Moscow office • Working with Company’s Data Base (processing of incoming CVs/monitoring CVs placed on different job boards/networks, updating on regular basis). • Participating with Operational Managers in business meetings with Clients related to projects/partnerships. Gathering the client’s needs regarding consultancy vacancies. • Provide a local reporting to the global & international HR organization based in France
• High education (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory as a minimum) • Previous experience in HR & recruitment sphere / experience in out staffing recruitment is a plus. • Fluent/Upper-Intermediate level of English is required, knowledge of French language is a plus. • Personal skills as ability to work independently/in a team, responsibility, discipline.
