We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries. This position is based in Russia. The HSE Supervisor will be involved in a major Oil&Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Supervise Construction, Production, Maintenance, Logistics and TVX operations and activities pads and vicinities in order to verify compliance of HSE standing instructions and procedures.
• Support initiatives undertaken by the HSE Coordinator within the Project team
• Active involvement in the risk assessment process associated with the scope of work for each Contractor
• Conducts daily HSE inspections, reviews PTW, JSA and all other HSE requirements in the field
• Coordinate and monitor the effectiveness of site HSE system of subcontractors
• Maintains a high level of housekeeping in the field
• Present HSE elements in the daily toolbox meetings
• Support the HSE Coordinator in all field related HSE issues
• Actively participate in all (sub)contractor HSE initiatives
• Ensures a high level of HSE visibility on site (safety signs, posters, notice boards)
• Participate in site tours, focused inspections and attendance at HSE site meetings
• Conduct regular work place inspections to identify hazards, unsafe workplace conditions and work practices
• Actively corrects unsafe situations in the field
• Participate in incident investigations when required
• Ensure timely reporting of HSE incidents
• Monitors and maintains control of use of hazardous materials
• Rotation 28x28 Qualifications and Experience required: Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Fluent Russian is mandatory. Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
