We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in the Russia. The Expeditor will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Ensures that the supplier defines a supply preparation plan that have to cover all phases of the preparation cycle (engineering, procurement, construction, inspection and preparation) in accordance with contract dates;
• Furnishes reliable and up-to-date information on supply progress, controlling all phases of the preparation cycle, checking the punctuality of information exchange, promptly identifying potential delays, analyzing the causes and proposing the corrective actions necessary to minimize any identified or anticipated deviations;
• Ensures the correct materials` receipt;
• Cooperates with other disciplines with respect to materials and equipment items to ensure on-time deliveries
• Examines the order, taking the necessary steps to remove any potential cause that impedes management of the assigned order;
• Collects the technical documentation necessary for order management;
• Checks the contract delivery terms and the frequency of actions according to the level of criticality assigned to the supply;
• Takes note of the required document types and of the dates when these documents should be made available to the supplier;
• Ensures the availability of the purchased materials and relevant handling documentation at the established delivery point, in accordance with the order conditions and within the scheduled time limits.
Context and environment:
• Resident in Moscow
Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the energy industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
